Dedicated project for SALVA: Customer facing suite
Introduct as part of dedicated project has completed a full scale expansion of SALVA customer services with the Customer Facing Suite.
SALVA Money and SALVA Casco Integration with Insuerly services were completed. At this time customers can calculate insurance premiums, buy and manage policies, submit and review claims processing in real time and more for all non-life insurance products like travel, moto TPL, casco, property and liability insurance. Introduct has done the full implementation with a team consisting of backend developers (Java) joint by backend developers (Drupal/PHP), frontend developers (React) and of course with help from DevOps and QA personal. At this time SALVA product is under 24/7 support, compliance and maintenance by Introduct.
In this dedicated project, what were the major additions?
SALVA Money
When customers buy new insurance they receive an amount of virtual money, which are stored and displayed in the user profile. Users can spend SALVA money as a discount while purchasing a different insurance. The amount of SALVA money received is calculated on the number of active policies and can be seen in the online self-service platform.
SALVA Casco Integration with Insuerly services
The API integration with Insurely data service provider handles identifying the customer insurance (with integration with Police register of some other way). On the purchasing page, the integration compares policies, with ability to continue with purchasing SALVA’s policy.
