Introduct Academy 2024-2025: 12 Alumni Completed the Program and Joined Real Projects

Introduct has successfully completed its year at the Introduct Academy — an in-house training program launched to bridge the gap between aspiring developers and real-world project demands. We began in February 2024 with 30 motivated interns. Now, it has resulted in 12 engineers joining customer projects, with more soon to follow.

The Academy focused on more than just code. With a strong emphasis on real tech stacks, soft skills, and English fluency, the program set out to prepare middle+ level developers in just 12 months. And it delivered.

Course Facts & Structure

— 30 interns joined the program in February 2024
— 12 interns were successfully placed on customer projects
— 4 additional interns are fully qualified and ready for future placements
— Several interns joined projects ahead of schedule, after just 8 months
— All participants completed the full course and entered adaptation smoothly

Training Structure:
The course was split into three core streams, each designed to mirror real development team expectations:
1. Technology:
— Fullstack Elixir/Erlang/Phoenix or JavaScript (Node.js + React)
— 6–8 classes per week (1.5h each)
— 70% hands-on assignments, 30% theory
2. English:
— 2–3 classes per week
— Goal: Reach and maintain a B2+ working level
3. Soft Skills:
— Monthly workshops, team training, 1:1 coaching
— Focus on collaboration, communication, and confidence in corporate settings

Time Commitment:
On average, interns dedicated 15–20 hours per week. Most of that time was spent on solving realistic tasks within actual customer codebases — preparing them not just for graduation but for seamless integration into development teams.

The result
