Introduct’s 10-Year Milestone in Tallinn: Celebrating a Decade as a Leading Custom Software Development Company
Ten years ago, back in 2016, Introduct started its journey in Tallinn. Last week, we gathered on the terrace of DaVinchi Restaurant in Solaris to celebrate a whole decade of growing together as a custom software development company alongside the people who made it all possible.
A Company Built by its Community
A business isn’t just made of founders, managers, or code—it’s built by the entire community surrounding it. During the evening, our CEO, Viktor Larionov, shared a message that truly resonated with everyone on the terrace:
“When people talk about a company, they usually think of the founders or current team. But we often forget everyone around them. Introduct is what it is because of our partners, clients, former teammates, and mentors. We aren’t just celebrating ten years of business today—we are celebrating ten years together.” — Viktor Larionov
Viktor gave a warm shout-out to friends and leaders from Salva Kindlustus, Nortal, Turnit, and Ridango, who helped mentor our team along the way and taught us to approach the tech world with curiosity and passion.
Good Food, Great Music, and Movie Magic
The night was packed with great energy, good food, champagne, and clear sunset views over Tallinn. Tanel Padar brought down the house with live music, while a magian wowed guests with card tricks.
We also celebrated our ongoing collaboration as the Official Development Partner for the Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival (PÖFF). As they gear up for their 30th edition this November 2026, we’re proud to build digital platforms that support film lovers worldwide. PÖFF even surprised our afterparty guests with an exclusive movie screening to top off the night.
