10 Years Together: How We Celebrated Introduct 

Ten years of Introduct – and we didn’t celebrate it in a meeting room, because that would have felt too small for everything this journey holds.  

Instead, we gathered just outside Kyiv. A place where laptops close a bit easier, and conversations don’t need an agenda. Colleagues from all our locations and more finally met in one space – not through screens, not through Slack threads, but in the same room, at the same table. Finally, something that feels real.  

The evening had its own kind of structure, even if nobody planned it that way. But what made us especially happy that a chance to see each other outside work and free from digital restraints. Serious speeches quickly dissolved into jokes and laughter. Fun fact: the cake became a minor logistics project, but it survived, which we’ll count as a win and a successful startup.  

What stayed with us wasn’t the program or the format – it was how effortless the event came together. After ten years of building tailored software solutions, solving real business problems, and shipping under pressure, it felt great to simply sit together and laugh like a single team. These are the moments we appreciate.  

That’s probably the most accurate summary of Introduct of today: serious work, real people, and the ability to capture the right moments at the right time. And despite all the seriousness, we know how to party! 😎
