Introduct Wins SMIT Procurement, Strengthening Public Sector Presence
Last time, we talked about MFA and a procurement we won. This time, as we promised, we’d like to talk about our second procurement win. As we expand our presence in the Estonian public sector, we’d like to present our procurement win from SMIT. SMIT is the Information Technology and Development Centre of the Ministry of the Interior. We also signed two new framework agreements with SMIT.
Grails/Java Spring Boot Project
The main idea of the new procurement is to provide a skilled Grails/Java Spring Boot developer for Phase I of the Logistiku project. At this point, we focus on delivering backend development, supporting system architecture. Moreover, essential functionalities need to be implemented for the first development phase.
It’s important to mention that such a collaboration underlines our expertise in Java-based enterprise solutions, particularly within public-sector environments.
SMIT procurement: Two New Framework Agreements
In addition to the Logistiku procurement, we also signed two long-term framework agreements with SMIT. Here’s more information about them:
1. Population Register Development and Maintenance
This framework covers the continuous development and maintenance of population services applications. As part of the procurement, we will receive task assignments under SMIT’s internal procedures. Moreover, after the implementation, we’ll support system upgrades, maintenance, and long-term evolution.
2. SITREP System Development and Maintenance
The second framework agreement focuses on supporting and improving the SITREP system. The current system plays a vital role in operational reporting.
Such procurements underline our commitment to technologies and our responsibility as a trusted technology partner. We’re proud to be the ones who enhance the Estonian public sector and make it easier and safer to use.
For the public, this collaboration means stable government services and smoother digital interaction. Moreover, along with these enhancements, the public receives a long-term performance of all the essential systems. Nowadays, it’s very important to keep in step with the times in the age of digital transformation.
At Introduct, we’re proud to be a part of governmental digital progress. Stay tuned to know more about two more procurements in the process of signing.
