A year with PeopleForce!
Guess what? We’ve been cruising through HR tasks with PeopleForce for a year now, and it’s been quite the ride. Let’s spill the tea on what we think.
Pros-
PeopleForce platform lets us tweak things the way we like – almost everything is customizable. The company calendar? A lifesaver for keeping events and holidays in check. And it doesn’t hurt that the interface is a breeze to use, plus it speaks our language – literally. It’s like having your own personal assistant without the coffee runs. Massive lifesaver when it comes to our Ukranian office needing assistance or Tallinn office needing to contact support!
Cons-
Okay, but we do have a few comments! Getting used to PeopleForce took a hot minute – around two weeks for some of us. There’s a bit of a learning curve, especially with all the fancy bundled software. But honestly… It’s nothing compared to the issues we ran into with some other platforms! So this can be easily ignored.
Customer-Centric Support!
But wait, here’s the pearl – PeopleForce’s support squad. Talking to them feels like a chat with your work buddies – effective, cheerful, and always on point. They’re like our superheroes, swooping in to fix stuff and passing along our ideas to the tech wizards.
Whats our verdict on PeopleForce?
Our time with PeopleForce has been a game-changer for teamwork. And since we’re so international, the fact that it covers our multilingual chatter? Gold. We’re sticking around for more adventures with PeopleForce – and we promise to keep you in the loop!
