Introduct signs MoU with GUtech: Give tech students real industry experience

Universities are great when we talk about theoretical knowledge, but coding requires real practice and communication within teams in business. When it comes to working in real software development companies, most graduates lack experience. That’s why they need months of extra training to understand how everything works in real business.

To change this, Introduct Oman has signed an official Memorandum of Understanding with the German University of Technology (GUtech) in Oman. This is not our first MoU with universities and colleges. Just a few months ago, Introduct Academy successfully signed MoUs with Muscat College and Middle East College. This partnership is all about turning students into job-ready software engineers before they even graduate.

Real projects and mentoring for 60+ ICT students

Instead of making students do standard internships with busywork, we offer them a real team workflow and real tech projects. Here’s what exactly around 60 ICT students and graduates will work on:

• Hands-on coding: Working on real codebases alongside senior developers.
• Practical mentoring: Regular code reviews and experience with real-world agile sprints.
• Job readiness: Learning the exact technical skills that modern tech companies look for.
