We’d like to share an important update regarding the management structure of Introduct Group. Effective September 1, 2026, the composition of the Group’s Board of Directors has been officially updated.

As an international partner focused on end-to-end software development and digital transformation, our internal organization needs to match the scale of our business. To support our continued growth, we are consolidating our strategic leadership. The updated board integrates key functional areas (sales, delivery, engineering, and finance) into a single unified team. This operational shift flattens our decision-making and strengthens our ability to deliver tailored tech solutions for clients globally.

The Board now includes:

• Viktor Larionov — Chairman of the Board (CEO)
• Jevgeni Levin — Chief Operating Officer (COO)
• Svitlana Shandruk — Director of Finance (CFO)
• Denys Yelenok — Engineering & Technology Director (CTO)
• Martins Untals — Delivery Director (CDO)
• Valentina Frei — Sales Director (CBDO)
