Introduct Expands Management Board and Appoints Martins Untals as Delivery Director

To support its ongoing global market expansion and structural evolution, Introduct has officially appointed Martins Untals as its new Partner, Board Member, and Delivery Director. Even though Martins is not new to Introduct, his appointment is a new chapter in the company’s life.

The current appointment has a strong background. We needed someone we trust a lot and who can take on all coordination efforts for project delivery, whatever the projects are and wherever they run. We needed a person who would lead the project from intake to final delivery. We see it as a significant step in our scaling strategy. Bringing Martins onto the board reinforces our core team, giving us the collective strength to drive our growth much faster.

Streamlining End-to-End Project Delivery

Martins Untals is a seasoned professional with over a decade of shared history with Introduct’s leadership. That’s the reason why we decided to invite him to the Introduct management board. Working on a lot of projects simultaneously, we felt that we missed a person who would take over full operational coordination of project delivery. His responsibilities span the entire project lifecycle (from pre-sales assessment to final execution) across all regional markets, including high-profile public tax tenders in Estonia and infrastructure migrations in Oman.

The transition optimizes the workloads of senior leadership. Martins’s role at Introduct makes the leadership team even stronger. With him managing daily delivery pipelines, the board can focus more on long-term growth plans, launch new delivery centers, and drive upcoming tech initiatives.

• The Executive Board will redirect focus toward strategic portfolio development, entering new delivery centers, and launching upcoming tech initiatives.

There are also some changes to be made in upcoming summer and autumn. As our goal is delivering scalable IT solutions, we focus on people-first approach. This corporate culture allows us to make our work more productive and client-oriented.
